Is it possible to return a product?
The satisfaction of our customers means a lot to us at Slimdoo®. You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your product to return it, provided that the object has not been tried, used or damaged. For hygiene reasons, your product has a protective device to prevent it from being used or tested. We will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of products that have been tried, used or damaged. To read the terms of return, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Are Slimdoo® products all good quality?
We aim to satisfy! All Slimdoo® objects are tested, before being marketed, by an independent laboratory to ensure their compliance, both in France and Europe (Reach Test). Slimdoo® can also give its customers a legal conformity guarantee (Please see Article 11.3.1 of the general terms and conditions) as well as a guarantee against hidden defects (Please see Article 11.3.2 of the general terms and conditions).
What are your delivery times?
In order to offer you fast delivery of your order(s), all Slimdoo® products are shipped from France. If you live in Metropolitan France, the approximate delivery time is 3 working days (if you are in the DOM-TOM, it will take 8 to 10 days). For deliveries to other European countries, the approximate time is 5 working days. For the rest of the world, the maximum time is 15 working days. You will be able to track your order by clicking on the link which will be sent to you by email (do not hesitate to consult your inbox and your junk mail box if necessary).
How can I leave a slimming testimonial?
You can send an email to Slimdoofan@gmail.com or a mail stating your age, your slimming experience and your contact details.
What do the debited amounts on my bank statement correspond to?
When you order a product, 2 choices are made available to you:
- Order product only: gray button
- Order product + Slimdoo® trial period (slimming program with self-coaching): green button
If you click on the green button and choose to try out the Slimdoo® service – the title: "Trial Offer - Unlimited 60mn to the Slimdoo® Program" will appear on your order.
Caution: at the end of the 60-minute trial period (at a cost of 1 €), your access will be automatically renewed at the rate specified in the general terms and conditions (Slimdoo subscription by credit card - Section 4.2.1).
Thus, in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises, the site will prompt you to validate all conditions TWICE prior to payment:
"I accept the Slimdoo Services trial period offer" (double consent).

Warning: subscription can be stopped at any time but leaving the site or closing the page is not enough.

1) Go to https://www.absolusecure.com (or click on the "Manage my account" tab at the bottom of all Slimdoo® site pages).
2) Enter your username and password

Your login information will be sent again.
3) Once connected to your absolusecure management space, click on the top menu bar in the "Manage my subscriptions" tab.
4) To stop your subscription to Slimdoo®, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
To prevent fraud, our technical department systematically records all actions performed on the website via your computer, mobile phone or tablet.
How do I consult the general terms and conditions?
The general terms and conditions are available at the bottom of all pages of the site.
They must be accepted twice before an order can be placed on the site. (Double consent)
Warning: accepting the terms and conditions on a site is no trivial matter.

My Slimdoo® Light smells, is this normal?
Yes, your Slimdoo® Light smells “new”. This smell will fade after using it for a few hours.
You can delicately hand wash the Slimdoo® Light to remove the “new” smell.
Why have I not yet received my Slimdoo® Light?
Slimdoo® Light will reach you within 15 days from the effective payment of your order.

How do I extend my subscription?
If your bank card is coming to its expiry date, or if you have used an electronic bank card, your access will automatically stop at the time of renewal of your subscription. In order to extend your subscription, you must visit www.absolusecure.com.
How do I stop my subscription?
Subscription to the Slimdoo® slimming program is without any commitment and can be stopped at any time.
Just click on the link “Manage my subscription” present on all Slimdoo® pages.
Are payment secure on Slimdoo®?
All Payments are made via highly secure banking intermediaries.
The data is securely communicated via SSL encryption.
Slimdoo® servers do not store any bank information.
How do I access all the tips and recipes?
The Slimdoo® member area posts new tips and light recipes everyday. The content is updated every 24h.
How does the self-coaching work?
The self-coaching allows you to configure slimming actions. Everyday, you can validate your achievements.
If you do not validate, the system sends you a notification. In this way Slimdoo® allows you to self-coach your motivation automatically.
